In extremis anti waste cookies are created by Marie, she decides to fight against food waste by transforming unsold bread and residues of wheat flour into tasty cookies and gourmet aperitif snacks in partnership with a Bretagne area biscuit factory. She integrates a social dimension by transforming in the first step the bread in a social enterprise.
