Sweet on a caramelized note of biscuity malts, its aromas of toasted bread meet with great success, with an end of tasting going towards coffee and smoke. This Rousse beer won the gold medal at the Lyon international competition and the silver medal at the 2019 National Beer Competition.

It was while tasting a beer at Pain in Belgium that Amandine and Charlotte had the idea of creating Cocomiette to fight against food waste. They promote local production with two locations for the production in Ile de France and Auvergne Rhônes-Alpes. In addition to the circular approach, locale cocomiette works with integration structures. Completely in line with our upcycling and inclusive principles.
