Organic bread based craft beer Red Ale
Did you know that bread accounts for 13% of household food waste? 345,000 tonnes are discarded per year. These beers reduce this food waste. The bread collected locally from biocoops or organic bakeries is transformed into breadcrumbs which will replace part of the malted cereals usually used and thus find a second life.
These beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, made without additives and without preservatives. In addition, they referment once bottled, the deposit that you will find in the bottom of the bottle is therefore a natural deposit.
This Red Ale-type beer has a characteristic color and roundness, all in balance. Sweet on a caramelized note of biscuity malts, its aromas of toasted bread meet with great success, with an end of tasting going towards coffee and smoke. This Rousse beer won the gold medal at the Lyon international competition and the silver medal at the 2019 National Beer Competition.
Very appreciable as an aperitif, this red wine will also go perfectly with charcuterie, caramelized meats, cheese or even chocolate for a sweet moment of conviviality.
