Our designer and social enterprise partner

This creation is a realisation of our partner designer in India Narantaya. Based on the observation that the traditional handicraft styles are in danger of dying out.  Her challenge is therefore to make traditional handmade products more contemporary and relevant, while still using traditional methods. she turns everyday products into beautiful items as an alternative to plastic. She employs Kashmiri artists to hand paint steelware and contribute to both their livelihood and the survival of their art.
