We present to you the rare and harmonious Joyeux Déca, raised to an altitude of 1000 meters in the Chiapas. This arabica is decaffeinated with mountain water.
It combines gourmet notes of dried fruits, dates and hazelnuts. Wait a bit you will distinguish aroma of red fruits and a lemony touch. And... at the end of the palate notes of caramel and liquorice. To enjoy at any time !
The process which consists of decaffeinating with water from the mountain, uses the principle of osmosis without solvent. It makes it possible to reduce the caffeine from 1.2 % to approximately 0,1 %.

This high quality coffee is produced by the Café Joyeux, a social enterprise that has created a network of café-restaurant in France, employing people with Down's sydrome or cognitive disorder such as autism. 100 % of the profit is allocated to the opening of new café restaurant. The coffee is roasted in Strasbourg and packaged by 30 people disabilities in Paris. Café Joyeux select the best planters and unearths the finest vintages grown on land at an altitude of over 600 m.
